The heat is really rising here in Hiroshima (Japan), but it's not just the heat, it's also the humidity. I force myself to constantly drink something to avoid dehydration (esp. because I'm still BF). On top of that, we live on the top floor of a second story building so when day breaks our apartment feels like an oven! Opening what little amount of windows and doors we have just doesn't help! Thankfully though, my in-laws business office is just downstairs, so babe and I tend to spend our afternoons in there because of the air conditioner :)
